Food for Thought is a weekly opportunity to eat with others from the local community. Each Thursday between 11:30am and 1.15pm we serve a two-course lunch to anyone in the community. Cost of meal £3 for two course meal and drink.
On the first Thursday of each month there is a short worship service before lunch which anyone is welcome to attend.
Food for Thought is also registered as a Warm Space and we are open on Thursdays from 9am-2pm for people to take advantage of this. We can deliver food to those who are housebound, and are working with the Family Worship Centre at Firth Park to give food parcels to those in need.
Around Christmas we serve Christmas dinner to those on their own, providing a meal and a present at a small cost, and also deliver hampers to the elderly.
